This policy explains how Zippybox ships orders placed on zippybox.in.
Free delivery across India
Shipping is free on every order delivered within India. There is no minimum order value.
Payment options
- Pay online by UPI, debit/credit card, net banking or wallet (processed securely by Razorpay).
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available. A COD charge of ₹50 is added at checkout and is paid with the order amount when your parcel arrives.
Dispatch and delivery
We pack and dispatch orders from Ahmedabad within 1–2 working days of the order being placed. After dispatch, orders are usually delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, we share the tracking details with you. Deliveries may take longer during festivals, sale periods, bad weather or in remote areas.
Delivery address
Please enter your full address, pincode and a working mobile number at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, or if nobody is available to receive the parcel.
Damaged or wrong item
If your parcel arrives damaged, or you receive a wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the package and product. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
Shipping outside India
For orders outside India, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability and shipping charges.
